Apply for Support Funding
Thank you for your interest in our support fund for wellness services. While most of our providers are based in Arizona, we also have some services that are provided online and can be made available, regardless of location. Anyone in need of support is welcome to apply. Priority is given to underserved groups. Funding is awarded based on our available funds and availability of services.
